火車勾甘蔗(結論‧Ⅶ)中華民國在嗎？ Castle in Spain!(四)

很諷刺，尼赫魯支持聯合國，不遺餘力。蔣介石抱著聯合國的「中國」席位，不知鬆手！

1971年10月25日，聯合國大會1976次全體會員大會通過2758(XXⅥ)號決議案：

「恢復中華人民共和國在聯合國的合法權利。」(Restoration of the lawful Rights of the People’s Republic of China in the United Nations.)

決議文：
「決定恢復中華人民共和國所有權利，並且承認中華人民共和國政府的代表，乃中國在聯合國唯一合法代表。進而將蔣介石的代表，從其非法佔據的聯合國及聯合國所有相關機構的席位，予以逐出。」

(Decides to restore all its Rights to the People’s Republic of China and to recognize the representatives of its Government as the only legitimate Representatives of China to the United Nations and to expel forthwith the Representatives of Chiang Kai-Shek from the place which they unlawfully occupy at the United Nations and all in the organization related to it.)

因此，中華人民共和國政府，「接收」並「取代」蔣介石的黨國集團，代表「中國」的聯合國創始會員國及安理會常任理事國的席位。

的確，世界上只有一個「中國」，現在國號「中華人民共和國」！

千江有水，千江月；千湖有水，千湖日！

嫦娥奔向那個月？后羿射下那個太陽？

中華民國何在？不是日、月輝映！而是

Castle in Spain!

恩師梁鋆立博士對於中華人民共和國政府，接收、取代而代表「中國」的聯合國席位，没意見。

但是

中華人民共和國政府竟然拆除

刻在聯合國總部的「禮運大同篇」！

頗不以為然！

那是中國人無數血汗、無盡神聖誓願

所刻下的！
