洋流，源自台灣主權者的生命、自由與追求幸福等不可剝奪權利(The inalienable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness)，幸福到來，慈、悲、喜、捨，喜氣洋洋，洋溢台灣北、中、南、東、西。民有、民享、民治的政府將遍及台灣各處。( that government of the people, for the people and by the people shall be established everywhere in Taiwan.)
